"Burst copper pipe in our crawlspace on a freezing Sunday night. Mike was here in 35 minutes, shut it down, cut the bad section out, and had water restored before midnight. No gouging on the emergency rate. Just quiet, thorough work."

I started BlueLine in 2009 with one secondhand Ford van and a simple rule: never sell someone a pipe they do not need. Most big plumbing chains in Ohio train their techs on sales scripts before they ever touch a torch. We never did that.
My two sons, Luke and Dave, ride the trucks with me now. Luke handles the water heaters and heavy drain jetting. Dave runs the sewer cameras and acoustic leak detection. When you call us, you get one of the Kowalskis or a mechanic we personally trained on our own dime.
We live in Columbus. We shop at the same grocery store as you. We know what freezing Ohio winters do to old galvanized supply lines. If we tell you a valve just needs a four-dollar washer instead of a thousand-dollar rebuild, that is the honest truth.
